Dr. Margaret A. Morris is an Assistant Professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Prior to joining the faculty at EVMS in 2008, she did postdoctoral studies in the laboratories of Drs. Klaus Ley and Jerry Nadler at the University of Virginia. Dr. Morris received her Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2002. Her research interests focus on the role of 12/15-lipoxygenase in the pathogenesis of Type 1 Diabetes.
